Rather than just look to replace roofs – which may have years of useful life ahead of them – we’ve developed a method to ensure that we fully understand your roofs’ conditions, recommend the right solutions and develop a plan to keep them working for you for decades. Thousands of building owners and facility managers have benefited from this proven process, which starts before we set foot on a roof and evolves to ensure that you are always satisfied with your roofs, and with us.

As roofs age, minor problems such as tears and splits in the membrane, and cracks and deterioration of the walls may occur. Left unrepaired, they can become major problems and lead to large capital expense.

Tremco can assist with these maintenance issues by providing dedicated, professional crews to handle them for you, at terms that meet your budget.

We have the method for managing your roofs that is more than just helping keep buildings dry, safe and sustainable. Our goal is to help you maximize the return on your facility investment through consultation, project planning, inspection, specification, firm budgeting, and reducing costs; a complete line of the highest quality products; ongoing maintenance … and no surprises! • Roof Restoration

All roofing systems require regularly scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance at least twice per year, preferably in the spring and autumn months. Without routine inspections, what may seem to be minor roofing issues can lead to expensive, time-consuming repairs from damage or water infiltration that can accelerate the aging and deterioration of a roofing system. In turn, this can ultimately lead to a need to replace the roofing system prematurely.

However, it doesn't have to be that way – not with the option of roof restoration. Restoration is a cost-effective, proactive process design to prolong the life of a functioning roof.

Determined from laboratory analysis, restoration upgrades the performance of your existing roof and its components by identifying and repairing defects, in addition to providing a new top coat to restore waterproofing continuity.

You can learn more about the AlphaGuard™ family and the Geogard roof restoration system in the video below.
