Tremco CPG / WTI

From interest to enrollment:
Your R.I.S.E. step-by-step guide

How the R.I.S.E. Earn & Learn opportunity works, from your first form to your first day of class.

Employment comes first. The Interest Form is not an application. You must complete the Tremco CPG/WTI hiring process and become an employee before the R.I.S.E. enrollment process begins.

Get hired with Tremco CPG/WTI

Part 1
1

Submit the R.I.S.E. Interest Form

Complete the Tremco CPG/WTI R.I.S.E. Interest Form to let the team know you are interested. This form starts the conversation. It is not your application and does not mean you have been accepted.

After submitting, a R.I.S.E. Coordinator will reach out with next steps.

2

Meet with a R.I.S.E. Coordinator

A R.I.S.E. Coordinator will contact you to schedule a meeting. The meeting covers your background, goals, and what the opportunity looks like. You may be asked to share your resume. If there is a mutual fit, you move forward.

This meeting is conducted virtually.

3

Interview with a supervisor

You will interview with a Tremco CPG/WTI supervisor in your area. This is part of the employment process. The supervisor determines whether there is an open opportunity and whether you are a good fit for the position.

All interviews, including meetings with R.I.S.E. Coordinators and supervisors, are conducted virtually.

4

Complete hiring and onboarding

If selected, you will complete the Tremco CPG/WTI hiring and onboarding process and begin employment as a Roofing Technician. Starting pay is generally $20 per hour, and may be higher based on experience and location.
