Educators & Counselors:

## Explore a Tuition-Free Career Pathway You Can Share with Students

Educators and counselors see the challenge every year.

Many students want a college education or career pathway but do not qualify for traditional scholarship opportunities or are unsure if a traditional college route is the right fit.

The **R.I.S.E. Construction Management Pathway** provides another option.

Through a partnership with **Tremco/WTI and the University of Akron**, RISE allows students to pursue a **tuition-free Construction Management degree while gaining paid work experience in the construction industry.**

This pathway expands opportunity for students who may benefit from **career-connected learning combined with higher education.**
